“Mono County has been grouped together with the Southern California Region for the current Stay Home Order, which began 12/6 and will continue for the foreseeable future. Please call the St. Anton Office, as we now have limited rental availability, with new Town requirements. We hope to see everyone here at St. Anton soon, enjoying our beautiful location.”
We want to assure all of our guests, as well as owners, that we are taking steps to minimize the chance for the spread of viruses. We are sanitizing public areas throughout the complex and office several times per day. A Log Book is maintained in the office, noting the frequency of the common area cleans. We are using hospital grade disinfectants: Diamond 1000 Disinfectant Virucide (kills viruses); Free and Clear Disinfectant (2100 ppm of active germicide); Star-San Hand Sanitizer kills 99.9% of most disease causing germs in 15 seconds; 409 Disinfectant kills 99.9% of germs; Lysol Disinfectant Spray and wipes, kills over 100 illness causing germs; HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter vacuum bags or HEPA vacuums will be used in common areas. Management and staff are wearing masks when in common areas. Masks and disposable gloves are available to all employees if needed.
Our cleaning company, Cruz Cleaning, is in compliance with County/State requirements for cleaning. Masks, gloves (as well as goggles and disposable gowns for same day cleans) will be utilized. The same hospital grade sanitizers listed above that kill germs and viruses, HEPA filter vacuums will be utilized by our cleaning company. While maids may clean a unit the same day a guest leaves with proper gear. A 24 hour turn around for guests remains in place.
Our laundry service, The Laundry Annex, is in compliance with washing linens and terrycloth at 160-180 degree water temperature in a wash cycle that is 35-45 minutes, depending upon the type of load. There is a mix of 7 detergents and chemicals that they use, depending upon the type of load. Laundry is dried at 170-180 degrees. They are operating in compliance with the County/State requirements.

Mono County Health Officer has also required for the time being that we pull tissue boxes, shampoos and lotions from our rental units, so you will need to bring your own. We do apologize.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: the pool, spas, sauna, recreation rooms, and public gathering spaces. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities not available. Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.”
