Please be mindful of our guidelines…

• Sorry no pets nor emotional support animals allowed.  Only ADA Service Animals are welcomed. A $750 special cleaning fee will be assessed if violated.
• “Emotional Support & Comfort Animals” are not ADA service animals.  Service Animal fraud is a crime under California Penal Code 365.7(a). If bringing a qualified ADA service animal you must email the office in advance and declare.
• Daily maid service not provided.
• Unsanctioned parties or events of any kind are prohibited.
• Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited on-premise. A $750 cleaning fee will be assessed if a violation occurs inside a condo unit.
• Condo Guest Maximums – 1 bedrooms sleep 4 people maximum & 2 bedrooms sleep 6 people maximum. This is pursuant to Town of Mammoth Lakes ordinaces. No exceptions.
• Wifi / Internet – No refunds or other accommodations are provided for poor Wifi service. St Anton maintains 1Gb service into each of its buildings but given the weekend town loads placed on our coax provider service may and does suffer in town, particularly at the “end of the line”. This is an occasional inconvenient tradeoff for our prime location!
• Deposits / Payment – Rates are subject to change. Full amount is required to confirm any reservation. Payments can be made by Amex, Visa, or MasterCard. Reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received in full, thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations made under thirty (30) days to scheduled arrival are due in full at booking.
• Fees – All rental charges are subject to a five percent (5%) Booking Fee and a local Mammoth Lakes bed tax of 14%.
• Cancellations / Move Requests – Written notice (email) of cancellation or move requests must be received by the St. Anton Office at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations or move requests less than 14 days will be subject to a flat fee charge of $75.00 (non-holiday) and if booking is for a holiday period guest will have option of a 25% cancellation fee or receiving a credit to be used within 6 months for the same unit. St. Anton holiday periods may be viewed on our website (below).
• Condo Conditions – Guests must promptly report any non-working conditions or damage within their condo unit within the first 24 hours of stay.
• Winter-time Parking & Oversized Vehicles – Guests are guaranteed only one (1) inside parking space. We offer additional parking for $25/night subject to availability. Guests must email the office at least 48 hours prior to reservation to request. Outside parking for oversized vehicles is also offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please note the office is unaware if any outside parking will be available until the morning of incoming arrivals.  All guests should notify the office at time of booking if they are oversized and intend on parking outside. Roof top boxes can be removed and stored in the bike room or in front of your vehicle in covered parking. Once the outside spaces are assigned, if no more are available you will need to find parking elsewhere. It is recommended to travel in one (1) vehicle during the winter if possible, particularly over weekends or holidays.
• Winter Weather – Especially in winter it is suggested you purchase the Travel Insurance when you book. There are no refunds because of weather or weather-related closures, closures to roads or Mammoth Mountain, delayed arrivals or early departures. St. Anton Condos is open and operating under all circumstances. A link to trip insurance is provided on our website.
• HOLIDAYS – Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Pre-Christmas, Winter Break (New Years to MLK), Martin Luther King (MLK) & President’s Weekend.
